In response to the devastating effects of COVID-19 on the tourism industry the Digital Tourism Think Tank decided to create a community open to all.
The Tourism Response Community is a space to come together, share your experiences and design solutions during a crisis for which nobody has the answers.
As a Think Tank, we have prepared four key actions to respond to the current crisis and support the industry by bringing it together.

#1 COVID-19 - WEEKLY IMPACT CALL
Tuesdays, 14:00 GMT / 15:00 CET
Starting Tuesday 17th at 14:30 GMT / 15:30 CET, we will hold a weekly 30 minute 'Tourism Impact Call' will give a lay of the land in terms of happening and how the industry is responding. Open to all, any perspective welcome.
#2 COVID-19 - TOURISM IMPACT SURVEY
For DMOs and for their Industry
Understanding what's happening is critical. We will start with a short 1-2 minute survey for DMOs and a separate one for DMOs to share with their industry. Participants will receive the results and this will help us to get an understanding.
As the situation develops, follow-up surveys will be sent to help to monitor the evolving picture.
#3 COVID-19 - COLLABORATIVE CANVAS
We will be launching a collaborative digital canvas where everything can be gathered related to the virus. Sign-up to request access, we will send you a link to join. Here you will find everything from a full picture of how DMOs and industry are reacting, through to specific examples of what you can do.
#4 COVID-19 - 12 WEEK + 6 MONTH RESPONSE PACKS
This remains a flexible plan as the situation develops. In principal, we will be gathering all the knowledge we have to produce both a 12 Week Plan and a 6 Month Response Pack. This is available to DTTT Members (join if you're not already one) and is designed for them to use internally but also onward share to their industry.
